"Great team: Competent, fair, efficient. Everything we always hoped for in a car repair place but never got. Did a great job on our 9-3 convertible. We'll go back for as long as we own a saab. But this is the crazy part: I forgot my breastpump in the waiting room. Before I'd even realized I'd left it there, they'd left me a voicemail about it, and during his lunchbreak one of the mechanics dropped it off at my office. It was quite possibly one of the more embarassing moments of my life. Free breast pump delivery by a sweet, thoughtful mechanic? Now THAT'S what I call GREAT SERVICE."
